Our company has developed design and manufacturing skills over 45 years that enable us to produce world class boats here in New Zealand.

Our knowledge of the properties of fibre-glass, coupled with the very best fibre-glass spray equipment enables us to produce strong, robust hulls, and we can confidently offer a six year structural hull warranty – one of the longest hull warranty's offered by any company in the New Zealand boating industry.

Each FI-GLASS boat is laid up by our skilled craftsmen – It is laminated in our moulds using fibre-glass spray guns that ensure an even application - and the correct balance of fibre-glass and resin to give maximum strength. We use fibre-glass stringers, klegecell and closed cell polyurethane foam and combine them in our production process to give the customer a very safe solid boat.

After each hull and deck has been weighed and passed our rigorous quality control checks, the deck moulding is bonded securely in place. At all stages of the finishing process, quality checks ensure that the workmanship and parts are of the highest quality, so that your boat will stand up to constant use and exposure to the elements.

FI-GLASS trailers also are designed for constant use, rugged and strong, and manufactured of quality galvanised steel. They are built on site and are matched to the hull ensuring lack of damage whilst on the road.
